Teagan Lee Comeau, 13, February 27, 2001 – February 18, 2015

A little about Teagan:
Teagan was born in Concord, NH, the son of Kris (Richards) and Tobey Comeau. He was raised in Rumney and Thornton. He was homeschooled by many caring and dedicated therapists. Teagan loved music, movies, the many interactive games on his iPad, his swing, and being outdoors on summer days.
Teagan passed away peacefully on February 18, 2015, surrounded by his loved ones. We strive to honor the memory of Teagan Lee Comeau, who didn't let his differing abilities stop him from enjoying his short life.
To honor his memory and spirit, his family established Teagan's Ride, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that conducts year-round fundraising events to provide assistance for individuals with disabilities who reside in Belknap, Grafton, and Merrimack County.

Along with Teagan’s Ride, an annual car show is held in August and put on by Rapid Troy Racing in conjunction with Appleknockers General Store. This year was the 3rd Annual event, and it was a huge success, held in Teagan’s honor to help with donations for the Teagan’s Ride organization.
There were over 85 cars on display for the show, featuring a variety of race cars, antique cars, and fun project vehicles. It was quite the sight for the many spectators who attended the event.
We would like to thank our neighbors at the Warren Fish Hatchery for allowing the many vehicles and trailers to park on their property. It helped tremendously. Thank you to those who showed up with side-by-sides to help shuttle people back and forth.

A large thank-you to all the individuals and businesses who donated items for the raffles. It’s always nice to see people and communities come together for a great cause. It’s because of all of you that the event raised over $2,700 this year.
It was a wonderful evening, capped off by an impressive drone show.
These fundraising events are held to honor the memory of Teagan Lee Comeau, who didn't let his differing abilities stop him from enjoying his short life.
The motto:
"Enhancing the lives of those with differing abilities by providing opportunities to further their independence."
Assistance provided from donations includes:
Rental assistance, handicap vehicle repairs, handicap vehicle equipment, handicap vehicle purchase assistance, handicap ramps, fuel assistance, grocery assistance, home repairs, home modifications and equipment, and assistance with daily necessities.
We hope to see you all next summer to do it all over again!
